Our Mission
To provide Christian care programs developed primarily for elderly residents in a non-profit facility. Guided by the compassion of Christ, we develop and manage resources to satisfy our residents physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. Our goal is to preserve the personal dignity of our residents in a peaceful, safe, respectful, and home-like environment.

Meadowood has been an important part of the St. Vital community since 1978; offering safe and respectful quality care which ministers to our resident physical and spiritual needs. Meadowood is blessed to have a team of dedicated staff who provide service built on the principles of compassion, respect and resident centred care.
Meadowood has a strong reputation for providing quality care, engaging recreational activities, nutritious meals, and a clean well maintained building. What truly sets Meadowood apart is the compassionate care and love that is shared with our residents, tenants, and families through the spiritual care program and support of our community churches.
